Orders & Payments

1. How do I place an order? Simply browse our collections, select the items you love, choose your variant (if applicable), and click "Add to Cart." Once you are ready, proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete the payment.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout. Our checkout process is fully encrypted to ensure your data is safe.

3. Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

4. Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders very quickly (within 1-2 business days). If you need to make changes, please email us immediately at wellnessglowltd@gmail.com. If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives.

 

Shipping & Delivery

5. How much does shipping cost? We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the UK, with no minimum spend required!

6. How long will it take to get my order?

  • Dispatch: We ship orders within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • Note: During peak seasons or sales, delivery may take up to 6-7 business days.

7. Do you provide tracking numbers? Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

 

Returns & Refunds

8. What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue at wellnessglowltd@gmail.com. This allows us to resolve the problem quickly.

10. When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. It generally takes up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
