At Wellness Glow, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

General Return Policy (14 Days)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags, and in its original packaging
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at wellnessglowltd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (24-48 Hour Reporting Window)

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

This strict reporting window ensures we can promptly evaluate the issue and make it right. If you fail to report damaged or defective products within this 48-hour timeframe, we may not be able to honor a refund or replacement.

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photos or video of the damaged product/packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
